Clubhouse Hire

We have a number of rooms at the Club that can be hired by both Club members and non-members for parties, functions and conferences on certain evenings and during the day.

The Lounge Bar and Centenary Room are for exclusive hire and the Players' Bar is for shared use with our Members.

Please note that unfortunately we do not allow 18th or 21st birthday parties and the function type must be approved by the Club Manager and Bar Licensee.

The Lounge Bar The recently refurbished lounge is a large room size (10.5m x 6.5m) which has it's own bar, patio doors leading outside, several sofas and comfortable chairs and a 50" flat screen TV with AV equipment. It can easily accomodate a disco/band and up to 120 guests.
	The Centenary Room This is a smaller room (4.3m x 5.9m) that is perfect for a meeting of up to 12 people or for a childrens party.  We can set up a large table square for the meeting/party.
Indoor Tennis Centre We have two indoor tennis courts that are available for hire for childrens tennis parties and other tennis events. It is required that all coaching parties use our recommended tennis coaches.  The courts cannot be used for any other activity or sport that has not been previously been authorised.

Catering

We have professional in-house caterers (also our Bar Licensees) who are available for any type of function, including BBQs. They come highly recommended and obviously have the advantage of knowing our venue and kicthen inside out. Please note that if you are self-catering, only cold food can be delivered to the function area and there is no access to the kitchen.

Room Hire Rates

The Lounge Bar

• All rates are inclusive of VAT
• All bookers are required to provide an additional refundable £100 damage deposit prior to all events

• Weekend and evening  charges include a cleaning fee. All other bookings may be subject to an additonal cleaning fee at the Club Manager's discretion depending on the nature of the event.

The Centenary Room

Indoor Tennis Centre (ITC)

Terms & Conditions of Room Hire

We strongly recommend that all hirers - especially non-members - have an initial meeting with the Bar Manager to discuss their requirements, view our facilities and ensure that they are happy with our Terms & Conditions of hire.

In order to secure a booking we need a completed and signed Booking Form and a £50 deposit. This can be given to the Bar Manager in the office, by post or email. It is imperative that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions for room hire at BLT&SRC before signing the booking form. For all Lounge Bar bookings we also require a refundable damage deposit of £100 prior to your event.
