Lounge Bar

Saturday nights are £175 for members, £350 for non-members. Members can only book for themseves or immediate family. All other bookings are at the non-member rate. Please note that a member is classed as a full paying senior member.

• Rates are inclusive of VAT, a cleaning fee and a manned bar
• All weekend evening hirers are required to provide a refundable £100 damage deposit prior to all events
• Some bookings may be subject to an additonal cleaning fee at the Club Manager’s discretion depending on the nature of the event.
• Evening hirings are from 7pm to 11pm, with the option for a bar extension until midnight for an additional £50. Set up time from 5pm onwards only. If you require an earlier start time this will need to be agreed on a case by case basis.
• We are a licensed premises and hirers/members are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the Club. 
• Hirers are not permitted to use external caterers

Terms & Conditions of Room Hire

We strongly recommend that all hirers – especially non-members – have an initial meeting with the Bar Manager to discuss their requirements, view our facilities and ensure that they are happy with our Terms & Conditions [PDF] of hire.

In order to secure a booking we need a completed and signed Booking Form [Word] and a £50 deposit. This can be given to the Bar Manager in the office, by post or email. It is imperative that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions before signing the booking form. For all Lounge Bar bookings we also require a refundable damage deposit of £100 prior to your event.
