Congratulations to Isalie on achieving a 5 star rating during the recent inspection completed as part of the Food Hygiene Standard Rating Scheme.

Based on the 5 star standards maintained by Isalie, inspections of the club’s catering facilities will routinely take place every two years. It is very re-assuring to know that the local authority specialists have such confidence in Isalie. During Jan/Feb there were some “operational challenges” for Isalie whilst improvement work was undertaken in the kitchen following the addition of a door between the kitchen and the bar – our thanks go to Claire & Graham for their understanding whilst this work was being completed.
