Just a reminder that next Monday, 6th February is our AGM. The meeting will start at 7.30pm and will be held in the Lounge Bar.  

The agenda is as follows:

• Approval of the minutes of 40th AGM held on 7-Feb-2016
• Matters Arising
• Chairman’s Report
• Reports from Squash & Squash 57, Tennis, Social sections and Managers
• Consideration & adoption of Statement of Club Accounts for period ending 31-March-2016 and future financial projections
• Subscription proposals for 2017/18
• Appointment of Club Accountants
• Election of Club Officers
• Any other business 

Please endeavour to support your Club and attend the AGM where the future direction of the Club will be discussed and information will be provided as to why certain decisions were made in the last 12 months.  I look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
