Well done Ella....
Congratulations to Ella Beaumont on winning the Dacorum Sports Award for the Best Contribution to Disabled Sport 2007. Ella has made fantastic progress this year with her coach, Richard Hay, and was invited to train with the Great Britain Team in Holland in August 2007. Only 7 people were invited to train in Holland and Ella was the youngest of these. Ella hopes to compete in the Paralympic Games in 2020 and we wish Ella all the best of luck.
Berkhamsted Under 10 Successes...
Congratulations to Berkhamsted Under 10 Tennis Team for coming runners up in the Dacorum Team Of The Year Award. The team were entered in this category for winning all three County Competitions in 2007. The team members are Elizabeth Johnson, Anna Popescu, Ben Mackey and Scott Duguid - well done all of you.
Congratulations also go to Berkhamsted Under 11 team of Elizabeth Johnson, Anna Popescu, Ben Mackey and James Parry for retaining the Under 11 County Team Title in December 2007.
